Three wins in three days by 3Cs1 guaranteed their place in Division 1 of next season's 4NCL. Having defeated Oxford1 6.5-1.5, followed by a 5.5-2.5 success against North East England, the team finished their season with a 6-2 victory over Alba

The final weekend of matches for 3Cs2 began with a draw against eventual champions White Rose 2, followed by a 5-1 win over Holmes Chapel and concluded with another draw, this time versus Shropshire. Despite just missing out on promotion for the third season in succession, the game against Shropshire decided who finished in third position in the division, with 3Cs2 taking that honour as well as the prizemoney which goes with it.

10-11 November 2018

The first weekend of the 2018-19 4NCL season saw our first team win their opening match with a comfortable 6-2 victory in Division 1 against Wood Green Monarchs although they then suffered a 7-1 defeat against Guilford 2.

Our second team in Division 3 North began their campaign with two wins; a 4.5 - 0.5 success against Bradford Knights C and a 3.5 - 2.5 defeat of Manchester Manticores 4; this despite several regular players being unavailable.

One notable fact from the weekend was that every player from both 3Cs' teams contributed game points towards the overall total.
